Arugula

Arugula has a strong flavor with a distinct peppery quality, which comes from the fact that it is part of the mustard family. Arugula’s flavor is best when consumed within 3-6 days of the time of harvest.

Broccoli

Did you know that broccoli has as much vitamin c as a lemon & twice as much as spinach?

It is also high in Vitamin A and helps keep your eyes healthy and stave off glaucoma and other eye degenerative diseases. It also helps to promote healthy skin, break down urinary stones (a big issue with the summer heat and dehydration) and maintain healthy bones and teeth it contains10-400 Xs the Sulforaphane, which is a compound that helps to prevent cancer and fight any current cancer, than the adult plant! In fact Sulforaphane fights all inflammation in the body.

The easiest way to get broccoli in your body daily is either in your smoothie or just a shot of juice & water

8oz or less with a couple big handfuls of broccoli, if you keep them in the freezer not only do you get more sulforaphane but they are cold and I like it better!

Basic Salad Mix

Basic Salad Mix is comprised of broccoli,kale,kohlrabi, arugula & red acre cabbage not the same kick!

Osaka is a mild zippy mild mustard flavor to add to a salad. Makes a great choice for sandwiches or garnishes. One of our favorites. Osaka mustard is a strong japanese mustard, with beautiful purple highlights. It is one of the primary ingredients in making wasabi. Try as a fresh garnish with sushi instead of wasabi.

Cantaloupe

Antioxidants, fiber, vitamins ACE & K, similar shape and color of sunnies, soft and tender amazingly fresh cantaloupe flavor and aroma.

Cilantro

Intense peppery flavor with a hint of sweet a little goes a long ways.

Daikon Radish

Radish microgreens are substantial and crunchy and taste exactly like radish. Makes a great addition to any salad, sandwich or garnish. Use sparingly for a radish accent.

They are loaded with Vitamins A, B, C, E, & K, folic acid, niacin, potassium, iron, phosphorus, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc, carotenes.

Kale

With 50 times the cancer fighting power of their more mature equivalents, Kale microgreens are just as beneficial as they are delicious. Mildly peppery in flavor, nutty & rich. In addition to smoothies or salads, they are a great addition to a tofu scramble or scrambled eggs or stirred into cooked grains such as quinoa or rice.

Pea Shoots

The leaves of pea shoots are tender and the stems offer a crisp texture and earthy aroma. Pea shoots have a nutty, sweet flavor similar to that of whole peas but slightly milder. They are often described as tasting like spring. Pea shoots are very high in Vitamin K, which is important for blood clotting and other body processes. They are also full of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and folic acid.

Rambo Radish

Sunflower Seed "Sunnies" Microgreens

The seedlings contain about 25% protein. with 8 essential amino acids. , the following vitamins and minerals are present in varying amounts:
